Just opened up and the heating pad will not work. This is my 2nd one had no problem with the other one just needed a 2nd one very disappointing too late to return now I am in pain and angry...? ****company contacted me and offered replacement should be here this week updating to 4 stars based solely on the company standing behind their products thank uou!

I love this pad and everything about it: the size, the temperature control that has automatic shut off after 2 hours, and the massage balls which can operate with or without the heat. Cons: massage balls are too big which makes the massage uncomfortable. Don’t think it is washable.

Really great product! Came in good condition and the material is really soft. Large enough to cover you back and other areas.

This is a good product that I used for my sore shoulder one that has bursitis. It is comfy

I love this heating pad as it is large and covers the full back plus a little for wrapping around. The automatic shut off as an added feature.

I was ecstatic when I felt how soft the material is. It is big enough to cover the whole tummy and the sides cause I use it mainly for cramps. It’s been a few months since I purchased this and the problem is, it doesn’t get hot enough for the pain to relieve. Low and medium heat does nothing and high heat setting is not enough. I will just keep it cause it is comfortable but if I am really in pain, I’d probably just use a regular hot pack to relieve it.

I received this item on March 5, its been working until 3 days ago. Just one day beyond the 30 days return window. I am disappointed that it last only 31 days. I am looking for find a solution so that I can get a replacement. Please help. Solution found - the mfg replace this and had great customer support.

This heating pad works good. Being the first heating pad Ive ever owned, it may be comparable to other brands, but Low seems a bit too low, and High is almost too hot. The large, rectangular size is perfect, it has a long cord, and I love the auto off, two-hour limit feature(nice when napping or sleeping). Recommended.

It is as described and it is a good heating pad.

Its super soft, and a great size. I feel as though it doesnt get as hot as the traditional heating pad, however its alot more comfortable. So if you can trade a little bit of heat for comfort its perfect.
