I was hoping it get hotter on the highest setting but being able to set the heat is cool. The pad is soft.

Works as a heating pad should.. I just don’t like that it turns off after an hour or so. The heat isn’t always consistent, I always have it on the high setting and sometimes it’s hotter than other times.

It is soft to the touch that my cats want to lay on it too. It is long and covers shoulder to shoulder.

Its super soft & long enough to wrap around anything & it’s washable Couldn’t be any better !

Nice size and softness for a heating pad, but just doesn’t get very hot nor stay hot. If you like a luke warm pad- this is it. I would return it, but I had already cut off a tag.

It’s very useful for my period time. I already used it for couple months now working very well I really like it. The only complaint is I wish the size is little bigger, but other than that I can see myself rebuying it in the future.

I was ecstatic when I felt how soft the material is. It is big enough to cover the whole tummy and the sides cause I use it mainly for cramps. It’s been a few months since I purchased this and the problem is, it doesn’t get hot enough for the pain to relieve. Low and medium heat does nothing and high heat setting is not enough. I will just keep it cause it is comfortable but if I am really in pain, I’d probably just use a regular hot pack to relieve it.
