> 3 dayI bought these for my daughter who is 3 years and 6 months old. She is still fond of diapers and fights potty training, so we decided to up the game with these training pants. She is much more comfortable in them. I guess they feel close to diapers because of the padded design. She is still learning to hold it and there are accidents, so I am happy to report that these pants do add some protection. The set I bought is pink solid and pink polka dot. She loves the colors. My daughter is tall, and size 3 fits her very well. If your kid is on a petit side, I would recommend to downsize.

> 3 dayI have a very petite 2 1/2 year old who is potty training. (Seriously, she can still wear 12month pants) Its very hard to find training panties for her since they dont normally make them this small. The 18 month size actually stay up on her. The thick cotton helps catch any minor leaks. Its enough for my daughter to realize she was starting to have an accident and go to the potty. My only complaint is that they come up very high like a diaper so they look less like little girl panties. They stick out the top of my daughters pants quite a bit. Because of this, my daughter decided she would refuse to wear them any more. So its back to the normal panties that we had to take in to fit her. Im still giving the review 4 stars because I like them on her, and wish she would keep wearing them. Nice while it lasted.

> 3 dayI have a tiny girl that decided she wanted panties so I was on the hunt for some training pants that would fit. These did fit better than the 2T size but really are maybe an inch smaller all around. They did stay up if she was running around with no pants where the 2T would slip down after a few minutes. They were loose enough that she could get then up and down again on her own. They arent the most absorbent but they worked fine for us as a transition from diapers to big girl panties. I think the best part about the thick middle is that it looked really uncomfortable when wet (almost squishy) so she had an immediate lesson if she had a accident. We didnt do pull-ups as a training aide, we use them for sleep but we went straight from diapers to these and dealt with the accidents. She trained rather quickly and we are grateful.

> 3 dayI got these for my 2 1/2 year old daughter and we love them for her. They are thick and soft and seem to be more absorbent for the little “oh no!”moments she wets a little bit before being able to reach the potty. I purchased size 2t for her; she weighs around 26~27 pounds; 2’10” in height and typically wears size 2-3T. The Gerber sets fit her more comfortably than the previous set of training panties I bought for her by another brand; I’m not having to struggle with these like I do with the other brand’s pairs to get them pulled up and down because the other’s material isn’t as stretchy or soft as the Gerber pairs are. And because of that I also think these will be easier for her to pull up/down on her own as she’s learning to potty more independently without as much adult assistance. The prints are so cute, she’s always so proud to show me she’s wearing them because she thinks they’re “so pretty!” So I love that she loves them which helps her feel more excited about potty training in general, more confident and comfortable with no longer wearing diapers. I recommend these for anyone who has a toddler who is potty training and learning to wear big kid underwear. And I plan to purchase more as needed in the future for my daughter.

> 3 dayThese are wonderful, they hold a nice amount of liquid accidents to not require frantic clothing changes and makes potty training better for us as my daughter can now tell shes wet (unlike the diapers/pull ups which I think pull too much moisture away). My daughter is a very petite preemie for her age, she is 2 and the 18 months are still a little too big but take into consideration she wears a 12 pants normally so these fit around a perfect 18 months in my opinion. I have not noticed the leg holes being different sizes and we have 11 pairs (the blue/pink and the plain white). They also wash relatively well. Just make sure to wash them soon after an accident because the scent can linger in the material it seems.

> 3 dayThese are great. The leg holes are small - perhaps even too small for a child with very chunky thighs, but my kid has extremely skinny thighs, so its great that these wont be riding up from the sides. There is some padding, and although it doesnt seem like it would do much to soak up the wetness, these seem like the best option for potty training since you want your child to feel that theyve wet themselves. For size reference: I had to order a size 18 months for my 2.5 year old and though she hasnt tried them on yet, they look like they will still have some room for her to grow. She is very petite, aroubd 24 lbs which is I think somewhere around 10th percentile for weight. She is especially tiny around the waist area. Her size 18M leggings currently fit her as ankle/capri leggings and almost all 2T pants are loose around her legs (but for her height, sadly, I cant size down with pants). So I knew I would need to size down with underwear and based on the size of the 18M, 2T would have been way too big for her. If your kid has an average weight, Im sure the regular size would fit just fine.

21-11-2024Purchased a bunch of these training underwear from amazon as well as other local retailers for kids potty training. Some potty training proponents suggest that thicker, more absorbent underwear is not the ideal training scenario, as it is desirable for the child to feel the wetness if they have an accident. For our kids, that wasnt any benefit, so we purchased some normal underwear for everyday wear, and these thicker underwear for times we are more concerned about accidents. These only go up to size 3, and they are slightly small in my opinion, I wish they were slightly bigger or offered in one size larger. For my kids between the ages of 2 and a half to 3, it fit okay, but was snug around the leg holes. If your kid has large or chubby legs, this might not fit comfortably. The underwear is well made, and the thick fabric setup does absorb most of any liquid accidents. Overall very happy with this product.
