Less money
> 3 dayI was so excited to order this product for my 2 yr old daughter that is potty training. People has told me about them. She is doing so well already, with the occasional accident... When she has an accident she is able to go a little and then stop, and finish on the potty. The little thicker padding in these was perfect, so that it atleast didnt run down her legs and even sometimes didnt get to her pants! (if we caught it quick enough) We talked about how these were her big girl underwear she was excited. The colors are really cute and you can tell they are pretty well made.. The only thing is that the leg holes were a little snug for her liking. I actually just stretched them out of habit and could hear tearing.. But thats ok. I have washed them and they have held up just fine and she is very comfortable in them. She is about at 2T now and from reading other reviews I ordered her 18mo and they fit perfect! Just what I was looking for!

> 3 dayThese training pants are fantastic for potty training! We did the cold turkey, no-more-diapers method, and these training pants were great for that. They are NOT waterproof, but do provide a lot more protection than normal underwear. They will still leak through (unless its a tiny accident), but the damage will not be as bad; you may even avoid the puddle on the ground and just have wet clothes to deal with (much easier). The material that these are made out of is very soft and comfortable. (I also ordered some Green Sprouts brand, which were so scratchy I sent them back immediately.) These training pants do seem to be higher waisted than most other girls undies (not sure about boys), but not to the point that they show above my daughters pants or anything. If shes wearing leggings or thin pants, you can see the seams that hold the extra absorbent panel to the middle of the pants (so she has little seam lines across her buns), but I dont think it looks terrible. The absorbent panel is not thick enough to make the training pants appear bulky or diaper-like. In terms of fit, the 3T training pants fit my daughter well when she was in 3T pants, so I think theyre true to size. I highly recommend! Also available in plain white (which my daughter actually prefers - go figure!)

> 3 dayThese are very comfortable, soft, and stretchy. Also easy to clean after accidents. I ordered a 3T because that’s the size my 2y10m daughter has been wearing in other brands and they fit but are a tad loose, but not horribly. I would call them “true to size”. She’s 38” tall and weighs 34lbs. I say this because Gerber’s size guides on Amazon are absolutely horrible. For toddler sizes we really need to just be able to go by height and weight. It’s very difficult to get measurements on a toddler, and just going by age is idiotic. That’s the only reason I knocked off a star. Otherwise these are great.

Greater than one weekThese are cute in person and fit well. The fabric feels comfortable. My only quibble is that there are tags in them, although they dont seem to bother my little one.

> 3 dayReally really like these training pants. They are so soft. My daughter loves wearing them. I really didnt want anything that had plastic lining in them. As other reviews stated, it wont prevent a leak but it will help prevent a huge mess. I got the 18 month size. My daughter is 23 lbs and is 20 months old. She tends to run on the petite side but usually fits 18mo size clothes. So I feel like they run a little big. Im glad they run large instead of small though. At least she has some growing room. I would buy them again.

> 3 dayThis is mostly a review in terms of fit-- I keep seeing all these reviews about these running large, and that is probably true if your child is slim to average. However, I have what I refer to as a viking toddler. She just turned 2 and is about 3 feet tall and ~30 lbs. She is not one of the toddlers who has slimmed out and has very chunky thighs and bottom. A lot of 2T and 3T leggings are skin tight on her, and 2T leggings are halfway down her rear end. If this describes your child, these training pants will probably fit perfectly. I have size these in size 3T and the leg holes fit her snuggly and there is enough fabric to cover her entire ample rear end. They basically fit perfectly. These are great for small accidents. If I remind her frequently, my daughter goes to the toilet and mostly remains dry throughout the day, but occasionally has little sprinkle type accidents. These would not contain a full pee, since they are basically normal cotton underwear but with a padded crotch.

> 3 dayThis fit my petite toddler who is in the 30th percentile for weight (close to 50th for height). I did find that while they fit in the waist, there was extra almost saggy material in the front (see the photo of a washed pair on op of a brand new unwashed pair). Given my childs weight and how hard it is to find clothes that fit as well as the fact that this extra material did not seem to bother my child, I really like them. They will shrink a little given that they are 100% cotton. But they wash really well (even after a few poop accidents). They will hold a light trickle of urine, but if your child goes to the bathroom on themselves, they will become wet. Which is helpful since they learn from being a little uncomfortable that using the potty is better. I do recommend these.

> 3 dayThese are good basic underwear for toilet training children. They are soft, easy for a child to pull on and off, and have enough absorbency in the crotch panel to catch small leaks. I have ordered Gerber training pants before, and they seem to wear well with normal washing and drying. The first set of underwear I purchased is currently being used by the third child to be toilet trained. I ordered a few more because the original ones are starting to fray a bit on the binding around the legs and waist, although the underwear are still functional. Good value and the print is cute.

> 3 dayIm giving this product 4 stars, because I feel like they would probably work for other peoples kids, just not mine. My 3 year old and I have been working on potty training for about a year now, and shes doing very well, but these training pants set her back a bit. I think the reason why is that these are much thicker than normal panties, which is very helpful when you have a child who has accidents frequently and want to avoid a huge mess, but they ended up being a problem for my child. The thickness of the panties gave her a feeling like she was wearing a diaper, and she would proceed to go in the training pants without realizing that they werent diapers. The thinner, regular panties are whats best for us, because she feels the difference and immediately knows that she is not in a diaper and needs to go on the potty. To each their own, though!

> 3 dayLittle girls like these. The colors are fun and appealing. They fit just as they are supposed to. These are also good quality, not like some others that tear in a month. They’re made of a nice, thick material. Have had these for two years, and they’re still good. They are also soft and comfortable, so little girls won’t complain. She loves these and enjoys wearing them. I recommend!
