Luggage arrived damaged. Was poor quality. Returned

I use luggage about 3 times a year. On planes anyway. These are fine for a car trip, but Im afraid they wouldnt hold up to very many baggage handlers. The handle on the small one stopped clicking into place the third time I used it. But I do like the color and they roll very easily.

1 set arrived damaged, get the replacement was very easy honestly. Second set arrived in perfect condition. It was a present for my daughter, she went to study to Europe, first trip the lock completely was destroyed. We didn’t use the locking system by the way. It suppose to resist the normal airport traffic and handling. I have no idea how to ask for a replacement for the larger luggage as phisically I can’t return in US as my daughter is already in Europe.

Need to get a new zipper for lg. Case. The airport broke it to get inside for nothing the first time we used it.

I was looking for a small luggage for my spring break. It’s a road trip, and I don’t want to encourage myself to bring stuffs that I don’t need. I want something tiny but durable to hold my laptop and my water bottle. The wheels are pretty smooth to move the luggage to and from my car. Inside the luggage, I found enough compartments to get my stuffs organized. I like the color too, and plan to use it for my business travel once the pandemic is over. It is very solid, I feel that the new luggage could be a great help for the years to come!

This style of suitcase takes some getting used to, mainly for packing. It opens like a book. The inside is divided into two, with equal sized compartments on each side - one side is completely secured with a zipper, the other side with straps that are too loose and not adjustable to do anything. It’s hard to tell which side is up from the outside, so beware that your stuff may fling out if you have it with the zipper side down. The mesh pocket inside is pretty slim and doesn’t hold a lot. Other than that. It’s easy enough and seems durable so far. They also store nested quite nicely.

Bought 3 sets of luggages from different sellers 2 days ago. Upon receiving this set of the luggage, found out the zipper does not working. Contacted the seller with no responses. Considering return the luggage to Amazon.

It has been very durable so far.
