> 3 dayI bought the luggage for a vacation trip. Upon arrival, the lock on the small would not work. We had to borrow a case from a friend. Once at the destination the lock on the middle size case got stuck and wouldnt open. We have sent the luggage back to amazon and they have replaced the original order. The locks are very fragile and get easy jammed so have concerns about using the cases again. The other features of the luggage are great.
