They roll well, they are spacious, but they are not the best quality. I have had other suitcases that have withstood tons of traveling without significant damage. I was very disappointed that this case was damaged on the first use.

I bought the luggage for a vacation trip. Upon arrival, the lock on the small would not work. We had to borrow a case from a friend. Once at the destination the lock on the middle size case got stuck and wouldnt open. We have sent the luggage back to amazon and they have replaced the original order. The locks are very fragile and get easy jammed so have concerns about using the cases again. The other features of the luggage are great.

Original review ~05/14/2020: I bought 2 sets of these Ginza luggage on a Lightning Deal in December. They are not as durable as an ABS set I got from E-Bags that lasted over 5 years until one wheel broke on a trip overseas. I used the largest Ginza bag on a recent business trip end of February 2020 and it didnt even make it through the first flight without the damage shown. The tag states a 2 year warranty but there is no contact information. In the end, I would not recommend buying this set. Update 03/15/2020: Ginza contacted me via email which was quite impressive. They should have contact info on the warranty advertisement attached to the luggage though. Anyway Ginza sent me a replacement for my damaged 29 luggage within a week. My review of 5 stars is based on the customer service. I cant really tell how durable it is since I have not traveled since my first trip and with COVID-19 still out there, I doubt I will be traveling anytime soon.

This luggage is so cute! It actually looks even better in person and it’s excellent quality! I love it.

I used this suitcase once and the wheels broke, but when I asked for repairs John who took care handled it very well. Actually John said they will send me a set of 2 suitcases for free because the same one was sold out.

Only used on 2 trips and one of the wheels has already fallen off.

The carry on is NOT correct in measurement. Very small, would not fit everything a regular carry on would not to mention it looks like a kids size. Returning.
