> 3 dayIt’s definitely a premium cable. Long enough to connect the camera to the height needed. Cable that comes with the camera is basically to charge the camera. Not meant to be used for 24 hours use.

Greater than one weekThe Nest Cam was good before the installation of this, but the motion sensing could be a little spotty at best, especially at night. After installing this cable, which by the way, was super easy with the included cable management accessories, it picks up everything I want it to and more! I actually had to adjust the zones so that my neighbor doesnt set it off while hes in his own yard. If you have the Nest Cam within 10 meters of an outlet, I highly suggest getting this cable. The peace of mind is worth it.

> 3 dayThe cable looked great when it arrived and when I unpacked it, but the end that attaches to the camera doesn’t stay in the camera securely (I have other cables that do), so I can’t charge with it or leave it in the camera as a plug in. Thankfully I installed my cameras within the return period so that I can get a replacement.

> 3 dayUsing a cable makes it record the events better and longer, the recording starts earlier.

> 3 dayIf you have the nest battery cam you definitely need this so you dont have to be bringing in your cameras to charge them all the time. We have a lot of activity where my cameras are placed and they tend to die fast. This definitely solved that problem!

> 3 dayI ordered several Google nest cams (wireless) online that came without the charging cords. Was concerned that these was not work, but they work beautifully. A real cost savings for me.

> 3 dayI thought it was a poor redesign, adding a power cable to a battery-operated device just to use AC. The original, I have one, was just hard wired no battery. The new version is now battery driven; you add a hard wire to use AC power. I understand that battery is a now a backup backup... the design should have been to keep it a hardwired device and add a battery to it. We use the camera for our Cottage security.

> 3 dayThis cable was the perfect way to make our wireless Nest cams usable again! Super easy to attach and worked like a charm.
