Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Tape 4 x 10 Black, (Pack of 1)

Used to waterproof and seal up a few cracks in a Yakima Skybox cargo carrier I recently purchased. Sticks amazing and will likely last a very long time. Very hard separating the clear plastic from the underside gray part of the product. Make sure to round out the corners before applying. Very impressed by the first use so far. Stuck the skybox out in the rain and no signs of it coming out. Applied to both sides of the cracks I was repairing. Would buy again. Very useful as it can be applied in wet conditions per the product label. Fast delivery and excellent product.

I used it to repair a pool cover that had frayed in the weather. Its EXTREMELY sticky, and adhered very well. Not sure Ill ever get it off (if I wanted to!).

I was just trying to repair a leaking water fountain after trying all sorts of other products. I applied the tape all over with overlapping layers. It was easy to use and adhered well, but did not eliminate the leak.

I’ll assume this happened in production, but if I needed a longer piece; it would need come a problem.

a little disappointed to get the product and find out it intended use for a pool hose cannot be accomplished. fine print says not for hoses with pressure like garden hose oh great... But Im sure I will find other ways to use it at some point.

We have a 20 above ground pool with windows. It started leaking around the seam of the window - pretty good gash - around an inch long. I couldnt patch from the outside because of where it was in the window. I thought Id have to drain it to where it was leaking to fix. My friend told me about this stuff and that it was waterproof and I could from the inside of the pool. I was a hard skeptic of this!!! I didnt buy it off here because I needed it ASAP so it would stop leaking. But I purchased this exact stuff from a local store. I got in the pool and slapped on a 3 piece UNDER WATER and it stuck right away!!!! I couldnt believe it! Now, people have said it didnt work or it wasnt sticky at first but then stuck. Well, my experience was that it was sticky right away. It was actually hard to keep it not sticking on my fingers. So Im not sure if you have this shipped, and its super hot out that maybe that messes with it???? Or if its cold outdoors, if it froze during shipment??? I dont know, but it was sticky for sure right away. I have only had it on my pool for 3 days but its approx 10,000 gallon pool and theres a lot of pressure - even if I have to replace this a couple times during the summer, well worth the money to avoid draining it. I will try to fix it more properly when we close it up for the year. Happy with the product.
