> 24 hourI bought this so I could turn the recirculation pump on and off from upstairs. I have to agree with other reviewers...the set up can be a little frustrating. But anyone with decent tech skills can figure it out. It works well with the Alexa app or using voice commands with my Dot. Id say buy this plug if you dont mind a bit of a hassle during install. It was a good price and is working well.

> 24 hourLove the product and end result but SO frustrating to figure out directions for set up. Needed to use apps and Alexa internet source etc. Finally before giving up completely I found directions on You-Tube which were easily followed. So yes now I can ask Alexa to turn on 2 things whenever I want them one. Works great

> 24 hourThis smart plug works well, but setup was difficult requiring a number of non-intuitive steps to finally link to Alexa.

> 24 hourIt took me about an hour to figure out how to connect to Wifi. The title of the product says its a Wifi extender. is that so? The app cant read the products QR codes

> 24 hourI have several different brands of smart plugs that I control through the Smart Life app. I wanted to add a double outlet, and ordered this one at a good price from Amazon. The set up instructions were confusing at best, so I contacted BN-Link customer service for help. The plug turned out to be defective, so the company quickly sent a replacement. A couple things I did learn about connecting this plug - select BLE + Wi-Fi as the device to add to Smart Life. There are two buttons on the plug, only need to push one of them for power to connect Wi-Fi to the whole outlet. The two outlets on the app and the plug aren’t separately identified - you have to plug something in to see what controls what. In spite of the quirky instructions and the initial problems, the unit is working well now. Thank you to Steven, Darren and Dianna in customer service for their help.

> 24 hourThis is a pack of 2 devices, each with 2 outlets. There are 4 outlets total that you can control individually. For the price, this is a great buy. Setup is also very very easy with your phone and Smart Life app. Of course, if your Smart Life app is registered with Alexa, you can control them with Alexa as well. You can set schedule for on/off via Alexa or device app. Like most of these types of smart devices, they only use 2.4ghz Wi-Fi which is very common in today’s home. Other things: + when each outlet is on, a red arrow light turns on, pointing to the active outlet. Not too bright. + when each outlet is off, the device switches on a single blue indicator arrow. Again, not too bright. + there is an audible click as each outlet is switched on/off + pressing the same individual arrows as stated above will manually switch each outlet on/off. + pairs easily with Alexa app. Alexa adds it as 3 devices. (1 device with 2 outlets = 3) Example: Living room with lamp1 and lamp2 Overall, a great deal vs buying 4 individual smart plugs/outlet . I do have single smart plugs and inevitably I wish there was a second outlet on it to use as an always on. These help deal with that and more.

> 24 hourThe available app does not work on the current version of Android OS. Luckily I had an old iPad and was able to connect to the plug using the HBN app on it. Buyer beware.
