> 3 dayI read the reviews prior so I knew I needed the Smart Life app. It took a few minutes for Alexa to pick up on the signals but it finally connected. I love how I can turn one outlet on without the other one.

> 3 dayI bought 2 sets of these. The genius 12 yr old had no problems setting it up with his Alexa in his room. I wasnt able to set up the one for my living room.. it requires downloading an app, then marrying up Alexa and the app. Too complicated for me. I gave up and bought another kind that didnt require a separate app to work through Alexa in my living room.

Greater than one weekEasy to setup. Works well when paired with my WiFi. There is about a 1 second delay after turning the switch on, but that isn’t a deal breaker. Good product.

> 3 dayThese might be the least complicated smart switches I have ever set up, and they work great. I bought them to control my indoor Christmas lighting, and they work amazing.

> 3 dayNot the best range or consistent connection based on distance from router but overall does the job, like the dual plugs. Wish there was a little bit more space between them and way to secure a tighter fit but overall pleased.

> 3 dayI have several different brands of smart plugs that I control through the Smart Life app. I wanted to add a double outlet, and ordered this one at a good price from Amazon. The set up instructions were confusing at best, so I contacted BN-Link customer service for help. The plug turned out to be defective, so the company quickly sent a replacement. A couple things I did learn about connecting this plug - select BLE + Wi-Fi as the device to add to Smart Life. There are two buttons on the plug, only need to push one of them for power to connect Wi-Fi to the whole outlet. The two outlets on the app and the plug aren’t separately identified - you have to plug something in to see what controls what. In spite of the quirky instructions and the initial problems, the unit is working well now. Thank you to Steven, Darren and Dianna in customer service for their help.

> 3 dayBought these to plug in the Christmas lights and decor and made it extremely handy to turn them on/off. No more bending awkwardly behind a Christmas tree to fumble around for a plug or on/off switch. Ill be using these for lamps and other electronics that dont need to be on all of the time...like a treadmill and/or printer.

Greater than one weekThis smart plug works well, but setup was difficult requiring a number of non-intuitive steps to finally link to Alexa.

> 3 dayFigured these would be pretty straightforward - some fancy plugs. What could go wrong? Well, first of all they’re huge, so just make sure you have space for them. Second of all, you cannot use these without creating an account through their app. Like cannot use them whatsoever. I mean maybe they work as normal outlets, but that’s not why you’re here, and that’s not why I bought them. I also found out later that since these are WiFi only (and not Wifi + Bluetooth) you can’t really use these for a wifi router. Even though I learned this too late and couldn’t return them, I ended up buying the Govee plugs instead and those have been super awesome. Both the product and the app work much better than with this one. The Govee ones are also much higher quality for the same (or lower) price. I definitely recommend those as a first choice! These feel like fisher price plugs in comparison. Good luck!
