> 3 dayI like that each plug can be used separately. Easy setup and use with Alexa and Smart Life.

> 3 dayThey work good, but I had to have my son (more tech/wifi savvy) set then up on my phone. Wish it was easier.

> 3 dayI dont have Alexa at home, but it works great with the App, which you can use from anywhere. Before entering the house we light the Christmas Tree to enjoy our decoration

> 3 dayI have several different brands of smart plugs that I control through the Smart Life app. I wanted to add a double outlet, and ordered this one at a good price from Amazon. The set up instructions were confusing at best, so I contacted BN-Link customer service for help. The plug turned out to be defective, so the company quickly sent a replacement. A couple things I did learn about connecting this plug - select BLE + Wi-Fi as the device to add to Smart Life. There are two buttons on the plug, only need to push one of them for power to connect Wi-Fi to the whole outlet. The two outlets on the app and the plug aren’t separately identified - you have to plug something in to see what controls what. In spite of the quirky instructions and the initial problems, the unit is working well now. Thank you to Steven, Darren and Dianna in customer service for their help.

Greater than one weekFigured these would be pretty straightforward - some fancy plugs. What could go wrong? Well, first of all they’re huge, so just make sure you have space for them. Second of all, you cannot use these without creating an account through their app. Like cannot use them whatsoever. I mean maybe they work as normal outlets, but that’s not why you’re here, and that’s not why I bought them. I also found out later that since these are WiFi only (and not Wifi + Bluetooth) you can’t really use these for a wifi router. Even though I learned this too late and couldn’t return them, I ended up buying the Govee plugs instead and those have been super awesome. Both the product and the app work much better than with this one. The Govee ones are also much higher quality for the same (or lower) price. I definitely recommend those as a first choice! These feel like fisher price plugs in comparison. Good luck!

> 3 dayI recently bought the HBN Smart Plug 15A and it has been a lifesaver! I was using regular plugs in my living room and it always left me feeling frustrated. With the HBN Smart Plug though, I find myself spending less time trying to unplug things and more time enjoying my living room. One particular experience that had me laughing was when I tried to explain this new device to my mom. She didnt understand what Alexa or the WiFi & Bluetooth Outlet Extender was all about, so I jokingly plugged one of her lamps into the socket and told her that I could just ask Alexa to turn it off. Her jaw dropped when she saw it work, and then she asked if this meant she no longer had to get up from her chair every time she wanted to flick a switch! The HBN Smart Plug is easy to install, works well with Alexa and makes life a little bit easier. Highly recommend getting one for your home!

Greater than one weekTwo of these for 20 dollars? Thats the deal of the century! I have to admit that I was a little skeptical over getting two of these devices for little to nothing, but Im glad I rolled the dice! The account setup and integration with Alexa was seamless. The only negative thing I have to remark on was that I never did (after several attempts and following the directions to the letter) get the auto-scan to discover the devices. I wound up adding it manually, but the first attempt at adding manually worked perfect. So now that complaint is completely irrelevant. I am using this device to control the nightstand lamps in my master bedroom, and this item is PERFECT for that application! With Alexa I can now control each nightstand separately or give the command to turn them off and on together with just a few words. George Jetson only wished he had one of these babies! Lol

> 3 dayI love how easy these are to set up. I purchased some from another company and I have to struggle to get the app to find those. I ended up replacing them all with these. I like having two separate plugs. There are some that are set up with one plug on a timer (lamp, wax melter, etc) with the other one always on. When I bought a new router it took me 5 minutes to reset them. Most of that time was getting around furniture to the plug. I havent had any issues if the power goes out. they just automatically reconnect. I havent figured out how to connect to my Alexa, but it works fine with the app on my phone. Plus, this way I can turn the lights on and off no matter where I am so it looks like Im home. Definitely worth the money.

> 3 dayI got this plug for my bearded dragons lights as I will be out of state for a weekend and I cant torment her with keeping the lights on 24/7. I tried to see if I could turn the lights on and off from my office at work (literally not even 5 minutes away from my apartment) and it says the plug is offline. The automation I set up to turn the lights off at 12am and on at 9am, did not work. I was so excited for this to arrive because I would feel confident her lights would go on and off each morning and night but now I am terrified I will come back from my trip and my bearded dragon will be frozen to death if the lights havent turned on. If someone would be kind enough to help, that would be great but in the meantime...might have to put her through the pain of having her heat lamps and UVB light on for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I am gone. Wifi and internet speed consistently show they are top notch and full speed so there is no reason for this to be happening. Might have to return this and just go for a manual timer plug. I liked the remote one as I could have the security of knowing her lights were on and off every night.
