Poorly made ! Opened the package & liner were all ripped! Very dissatisfied !

The luggage is perfect size for carry on and durable so far. It survived a two week vacation overseas.

The size is really nice however the wheels on the bottom dont work properly; very hard to move. I ended up having to drag it using the other wheels. Pay more money and get something better. I wish I had!

Everything was ok.

Bought this in Aug for my Oct trip. Took my flight and now I have no luggage to get home. The large bag I unzipped for the 3rd time to get something out of it and zipped back up, pulls came off tracks and zipper cannot be fully closed nor can I open it back up. I’m going to have to pull the opening apart to get to my stuff. I’m out all this money for crap bags that I thought would be good quality. It’s my first 360 roller bag too and really doesn’t work well on any airport carpet so I had to drag two bags behind me and wear my backpack vs being able to slip onto handle. I’m REALLY not happy!

I used this for a 4 day trip from the US to Amsterdam & its perfect for taking shorter trips when you dont want to bother with checking & hauling full size luggage.

Over the suitcase quality is not bad but one big downside is the lack of sturdiness in the suitcase handle. After using it about 3-4 times, the handle is already really wobbly and I fear that it may not last more than another handful of uses.

Purchased for my mother-in-law for a trip. She used it to and from and it held up against baggage handlers both ways. She is very happy with it
