Very solid piece of luggage

This is a great carry-on suitcase. Its the perfect size and is durable, so if Im forced to check it for any reason Im not worried about it getting damaged. Ive used it on 3 trips so far and it still looks brand new.

This is a terrible product. It felt flimsy on the outside out of the box. It also did not roll well out of the box. My wife used it for the first time on a trip this past weekend, and a whole corner with a wheel came off.

No internal pockets

Lightweight, spacious but very fragile. Attached images show the condition upon delivery. No damage found on the outer box. This has got to be how it was sitting in the Amazon warehouse. It’s embarrassing. The dent and tears, one around the dent and another straight line on the body, which is a long tear. On the other side of the dent, I can see marks around the corner where it is damaged and will break soon.

Great quality. Very reliable product. I’ve been on more than 10 trips with it. Very nice look. I just wish it was one size bigger then it would be perfect. I personally like to pack a couple options of outfits so with just one luggage, this would be sufficient for a two-three day travel (not in cold weather though) but more than that, Id need another luggage.

Used twice, never checked, always carry-on. Telescoping handle no longer extends. Total waste of money!! Would’ve given zero if I could’ve

One of the zippers inside the luggage broke first time zipping it. Did not come with a lock or luggage tags.

This suitcase has endured trips through Europe, South/Central America, Mexico, as well as countless domestic trips over the years. Im so impressed its lasted this long! The wheels have gotten scuffed, but nothing has broken and it continues to be my go-to carry-on luggage. Great job, lil suitcase!!

The suitcase is huge! It came ok, no damages. Material seems good!
