Do NOT buy!! I purchased this suitcase to use on my trip to Europe. The minute I took it out of the package, I noticed two of the wheels didn’t move. It was too late for me to return it since I was leaving two days after. I had to DRAG the suitcase through the airports and it was so heavy and uncomfortable.

Wheel broke after 4 months and it’s supposed to have a 10 year warranty!

Traveled to Memphis with two stops and with no room in the overhead during one flight, they took my luggage. I was worried, but all turned out fine. It held up nicely and the wheels are great. Recommended.

I got this for my mother for Christmas. She loves it. She wants the bigger size one now.

Bought it and i just used it once but the handle already got loose. Not good quality.

This bag was the exact size I needed for American Airlines 2018 - 2019 measuments. it rolls great on smooth surfaces. Handle is slightly wobbly but I noticed my other bags handle has that same play. It works just fine and survived some extra abuse from traveling in mexico.

A full inch smaller than other colors that were quoted as being the exact same size. Dishonest at best, con artistry at worst.
