Updated: Reached out to companys customer service which was easy enough to find with a google search. They were easy to work with and prompt. They have replaced the bag and the new version arrived today. No idea if the zippers will hold up better so I am keeping rating the same. But they definitely earn points for great customer service. To get new bag, all I needed to do was provide proof of issue and purchase - easily done with a screen shot of my order info and pictures of the bag itself.

Ive been really happy with this suitcase so far - Ive taken it on several trips so far, and it is surprisingly durable and spacious for being a carry-on size piece. Im so glad I made the move to a hard-side, four-roller suitcase - this one is a great choice, especially for the price.

Has Held up for two moves now! I like that you don’t have to tilt the bag back in order to roll it. The four wheels roll On most services.

Light weight

Excellent suitcase, I liked it so well I purchased one for my wife, and they just got back from the Panama Canal. Lots of room inside and very sturdy.

I loved the suitcase at first but the handle wouldnt retract after my third airport trip in the same day. Sadly i returned and went ahead and purchased an AWAY piece of luggage.

I like it. it is cheap and light. Does the job but it is a beat small!

Handle insufficiently sturdy IMO.

I like the sleekness. It is light. It has a grab handle on the bottom. It rolls nicely and I LOVE the inside. The zippered two compartment halves and paperwork slots kept my packing looking sharp and neat.

I love this carry on luggage. Good design and quality, light weight, nice color, spacious for its size. I would recommend it for a good friend.
