It was easy to put on. Comfortable. Yes. Stabilized my thumb and wrist and Im still able to move it without pain, excellent!

I never used a wrist wrap, but the gym messed up my left wrist. This wrap holds it tight in place, but allows flexibility for typing, tennis, golf (prob better for golf!), and lifting weights. Gave second set to my mom.

i have to wear wrist support due to arthritis in my wrists and i usually get similar ones off ebay and i just happen to see these and bought them and i will buy no others, they are perfect!!!

I suffer from bad carpal tunnel and this has definitely provided me with lots of relief while also providing support while lifting while at work(warehouse). Wouldnt recommend for the gym but would anywhere for anything else. They do tend to get a little itchy at first for alil when producing sweat. I give em a 3.5/5 rate
