16-11-2024I wrap up my wrists with this for heavy lifting at the gym and my hands are more than ready for the grip. Had some issues with my left wrist and this was my initial reason I bought them. Since using these the problem I had before has improved greatly! Material seems of a very good quality, so if you are looking for a good wrist wrap, this one will do the job.

> 3 dayFor sore wrists, these offer moderate support. Theres no internal metal bar or anything like that. But they are lightweight, low-profile, and they fold flat. They remind you not to over-do anything. I like that they leave much of my hand exposed so that I can (mostly) wash my hands, put on work gloves, and access my pants pocket without having to remove them. They also are a social signal to others about why you may not be able to shake hands.

> 3 dayUsed them for daily use as I got my wrist hurt during working out. These dont stay put for long time. ONce your hand starts moving the grip/stability starts loosing and at some point you have to tighten it again and again. They got damaged near thumb region within a week of use. Its not a long go thing

> 3 dayThis is exactly what we were looking for. Other braces were too stiff, thick, bulky…. and the list goes in. This is the perfect brace for my guy. So glad we found something as the one he’s been using is completely with out.

Greater than one weekDe Quervain syndrome is painful and hard to relieve, since its difficult to get enough rest when you use your thumb and aggravate it. This is a good compromise between a thumb spica splint which will prevent thumb movement but make the hand nearly useless while its on. This wrap is effective at restricting movement, compressing the area and reducing pain, I believe that it will be crucial to effectively treating the issue and getting back to normal. I also lift weights and use weight lifting hook wrist wraps, which are great for pulling movements like deadlift, upright row, lat pulldown and these are small enough to fit underneath, which makes using them more comfortable. I didnt injure myself lifting weights, I did it assembling a piece of weightlifting equipment when I used a wrench at an awkward angle. The trick is to get it JUST tight enough to work but not too tight where it will cause a circulation issue, and that part is tricky, you want to get it JUST right. Fortunately, its easy to put on, take off and adjust.
