I suffer from bad carpal tunnel and this has definitely provided me with lots of relief while also providing support while lifting while at work(warehouse). Wouldnt recommend for the gym but would anywhere for anything else. They do tend to get a little itchy at first for alil when producing sweat. I give em a 3.5/5 rate

It isnt very good at limiting motion if your wrist is in pain. It is a good reminder to be careful with a hurt wrist. And it gives full motion. And the velcro holds ok. Has to be re adjusted occasionally.

At first I liked it very much. It fit great and supported my wrist. I have been using it almost a month and now the Velcro is starting to slip. Not sure how much longer this one will last. Luckily they give you two. Just know if you use it a fair amount that the Velcro will start to give out

I never used a wrist wrap, but the gym messed up my left wrist. This wrap holds it tight in place, but allows flexibility for typing, tennis, golf (prob better for golf!), and lifting weights. Gave second set to my mom.

Thank you, Amazon, for delivering these the SAME DAY! My wrists hurt so much I did not know what to do (painkillers are a last-resort option). After wearing them for a few minutes (now over an hour) I can honestly say my pain is gone. I will update after a few weeks. As other reviewers have said, the thumb loop is loose, but the wrist support is perfect. I spend a LOT of time in the kitchen and on the computer, so my wrists are a mess. Thank you so much!

I bought these because of what I suspect is carpel tunnel. I needed something to wear while I type all day. My numbness seemed to have left. Also, these do a good job of limiting my wrist bending which is a major trigger for me. One thing about them is that I dont think the elastic in them will hold up for a really long time. Ive been wearing them for two days and the elastic feels a bit looser. I dont know. Could be in my head. If it is indeed that the elastic is wearing out, I will come back later to change my rating and edit this review. Otherwise, they seem to be a good choice.

De Quervain syndrome is painful and hard to relieve, since its difficult to get enough rest when you use your thumb and aggravate it. This is a good compromise between a thumb spica splint which will prevent thumb movement but make the hand nearly useless while its on. This wrap is effective at restricting movement, compressing the area and reducing pain, I believe that it will be crucial to effectively treating the issue and getting back to normal. I also lift weights and use weight lifting hook wrist wraps, which are great for pulling movements like deadlift, upright row, lat pulldown and these are small enough to fit underneath, which makes using them more comfortable. I didnt injure myself lifting weights, I did it assembling a piece of weightlifting equipment when I used a wrench at an awkward angle. The trick is to get it JUST tight enough to work but not too tight where it will cause a circulation issue, and that part is tricky, you want to get it JUST right. Fortunately, its easy to put on, take off and adjust.

I just received these today. I have been having this acute pain in my wrists and was looking for a wrist brace that was supportive and comfortable, but more flexible than a stiff brace. After reading over the reviews I noticed a common complaint was that the thumb hole was too small. Welp, on my pair, at least, this is most certainly a problem for a one fits all. I am 411 and have small hands and the thumb hole is snug on me. There is no way a man would probably find these comfortable, if they could even get their thumb through (which my husband could not). BUT, beyond that they fit what I was looking for. Just firm enough to offer support without being too stiff. I did find two things to help with the thumb hole issue. First, I stretched it as much as I could. Second, make a fist when you put the brace on and dont pull the brace too much until you have it wrapped round your wrist. This helps a lot. My recommendation, if you are a man DO NOT buy these unless something is done about the thumb area or you have smaller hands. Other wise these are worth a try. :)

Fits well, nice compression. I use it all day for a tendinitis problem i have on my left wrist. Learned the hard way not to sleep with it though.

I bought three comparable products, and this is by far the best. It is firm but has a soft cushion. The width is just right for wearing around the wrist. It comfortably supports the wrist while allowing the use of palm and fingers easily. My main purpose was to prevent the full turn of the wrist and this does it perfectly. You get two for the same price as one of competing brands. The two pieces in the set are the same. If you need it for just one hand, you can use them both interchangeably.
