> 3 dayThese are just average. Good value for the money but if you really need wrist support, get a longer strap with better securing Velcro.

20-11-2024I bought three comparable products, and this is by far the best. It is firm but has a soft cushion. The width is just right for wearing around the wrist. It comfortably supports the wrist while allowing the use of palm and fingers easily. My main purpose was to prevent the full turn of the wrist and this does it perfectly. You get two for the same price as one of competing brands. The two pieces in the set are the same. If you need it for just one hand, you can use them both interchangeably.

> 3 dayThese are nice to keep on hand for the occasional wrist pain. I get wrist issues from typing sometimes, so I keep one of these rolled up in my desk. A bit difficult to get the wrap tension just right.

> 3 dayexcellent product.....used first time today at gym....pulled both braces tight and relieve pain from wrists. A little worried if thumb hole will last. With stress of the pull, over time might break. That is my only concern. recommend

> 3 dayWrist supports came quickly, in great condition. They are made well, and are sturdy. I have RA and when flares occurs in my wrists I need a little support. Just got these, but I feel they will really help with the flares and pain that occurs in my wrists.

> 3 dayDe Quervain syndrome is painful and hard to relieve, since its difficult to get enough rest when you use your thumb and aggravate it. This is a good compromise between a thumb spica splint which will prevent thumb movement but make the hand nearly useless while its on. This wrap is effective at restricting movement, compressing the area and reducing pain, I believe that it will be crucial to effectively treating the issue and getting back to normal. I also lift weights and use weight lifting hook wrist wraps, which are great for pulling movements like deadlift, upright row, lat pulldown and these are small enough to fit underneath, which makes using them more comfortable. I didnt injure myself lifting weights, I did it assembling a piece of weightlifting equipment when I used a wrench at an awkward angle. The trick is to get it JUST tight enough to work but not too tight where it will cause a circulation issue, and that part is tricky, you want to get it JUST right. Fortunately, its easy to put on, take off and adjust.
