> 3 dayDefinitely creates good shade here in Florida. I wish the canopy were larger, and I definitely wish the handle and stem were sturdier! It was a two person job to get it open the first time, and I havent dared double fold it again, not sure the joints would take it (though this is the second one of these Ive owned and the other folded and unfolded just fine!) But the design on the exterior is exactly as it looked in pictures, and is very pretty. I get lots of compliments. (Though I get lots of compliments on any parasol I carry! But this one is definitely a step up from paper!)

> 3 dayPurchased this awhile back, its beautiful in design, has sequins, matterial of the umbrella is well made other then the flimsy handle, hard to open and hard to fold nicely. Returned it because it wasnt my style with sequins, will probably purchase again some other time.

> 3 dayThis umbrella is absolutely beautiful, and I love carrying it. However, its fabric material is delicate even though structurally, the umbrella parts are sound. It is made of a fabric and lace material, and the thread has already snagged in one area. It is hard to protect it since I cannot make it fit into its original case after opening it the first time. It is gorgeous though, and I love it. Just be aware, this isnt a regular umbrella or sunbrella. You must treat it delicately when putting it away. This is its main con in my opinion. Its a high maintenance umbrella, but it is very pretty. It would also be nicer if it were an automatic one push to open umbrella which it is not.

> 3 dayI expect sun and humidity for a New Orleans wedding in June. Because we will be outdoors for much of the celebration, I needed something to shield me from the bright sun. Ill be wearing navy blue and the navy blue umbrella matches perfectly. The sparkles and embroidery added just the right amount of pizzazz. My only complaint is the difficulty getting it back into the little carrying case....I dont think Ill ever be able to compress it back to the original size.

> 3 dayBeautiful, great for the price, not so difficult as everyone mentions. I read a bunch of reviews and selected this company’s parasol in a 2-fold collapse. It’s gorgeous! I was nervous because so many people were complaining about opening and closing it as well as getting it back in the decorative baggie. I found no issue with these. I would not, however, recommend it to a parent that has children to wrangle.it only takes a moment but it’s gorgeous, and I don’t have the demands of little beasts... When you open it, ever single vein(?), holder upper (?), metal joint (?) needs to “click” into place. Don’t worry about extending it too far. It’s sort of unnerving at first but once I saw the clips and realized I had to go further than I’d opened it up, boom. Clicks. No problem. It’s really beautiful. I’m considering getting one to modify (self standing or clip on) for some projects I do outside. So pretty and functional!

> 3 dayDifficult to get it out and unfold. It was even more difficult to fold it up up. Not very practical for everyday use or occasional use. It is not a pull out, pop up, use. It will take a moment. Not recommended for rainy days where you want to pop in and out.

> 3 dayFirst off, I got the wrong color in the mail, which Im hoping Ill get fixed at some point when the sellers get back to me. Second, the design is very cute, but it is a paaaaain in the butt to unfold. Its one of the parasols that snap back upwards so you need to fold down every spine. I think the fabric is a little tight on it because I kept having the issue where folding down one part would make the opposite side snap back up. I was in tears with frustration. So Im probably never closing it again.
