This is a great monitor for a home computer doing general tasks. Not too big and not too small.

Ok so I ordered mine with my Amazon Christmas gift cards, along with a couple other things. I ordered it Christmas Day and got it when specified, when setting it up I had some trouble with the base but once everything lined up it all came together perfectly. It was easy set up I have it plugged into an older HP laptop, which has all the current windows 10 updates. The picture quality is amazing, and I’m still baffled how big the screen is for the price, it’s like the size of the small television my parents have in their room. I’m streaming Futurama on it through my provider on it as I’m writing this and even my dad dad walked by and even being as nit picky as he is he was impressed. I got it mainly for when school starts up again, and it added more space to my desk and something bigger where I’m not hunched over a laptop staring at a screen and sitting so close as I type (I got a wireless keyboard to go with it) it moves up and down very easily without worry. I gave it four stars for gaming because while I intend to use it for school I do have every intention of playing my PS4 on it, and watching a gamer video on it the quality seems very good. THIS HAS SPEAKERS!!!!!!!! Don’t let other reviews say it doesn’t, it has speakers. I didn’t even have to adjust them when I set it up they just worked immediately. All in all great product that does have speakers, I know some people are SO picky (it’s understandable) but at $109 for this amount of quality I am definitely happy and won’t pick apart it’s flaws, which I have found none so far!!!

I purchased a Samsung 24 monitor that would fit my custom desk. Problem I had right off was that the Unorthodox way the monitor was powered. Need to use (2) power cords and I didnt like the controls and tint. So I found myself searching for a monitor that would fit just right dimensionally. After looking again after the Samsung, the monitor was right in front of me where I work. Perfect size, no silly power cords. Color, Tint and picture quality was excellent. Easy controls and more controls than the more expensive Samsung. The screen is a Anti-glare screen and for this price, wasnt getting any shadows or glare on it. I really like how the cords connected and the monitor stand was Extremely easy to put together. Unlike the Samsung where I had to install (2) very small screws. For this price highly recommend!

I like this monitor size. The stand easily adjusts the height and tilt and the monitor can be turned to portrait mode too.

Im very happy with this monitor. I was able to try it out at a former employers office. At home, I had a larger monitor and unfortunately, larger isnt always better. I like this size of this display. My monitor is only about 24 away from my face and I have decent vision with diminishing reading vision. Looking at a larger monitor was more than annoying, it just wasnt good to use and it made me not want to use my home computer. Using this monitor at 1920 x 1080 (recommended for this screen), and having the magnification set to 100% (Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display = smaller) is great! I dont do gaming and I havent used the internal speakers. Cant rate those. I sometimes change the color settings to help minimize the impact on viewing screens late at night (Warm, Neutral, Cool, Low Blue Light, Night, Reading, HP Enhance +, or Custom RGB). This is helpful. I am able to tilt the screen down and up with ease. And the rotate to portrait is great (raise display to highest settings and tilt back to clear the desk), but my old laptop cant change the settings to view in portrait. I recommend this monitor. Its great that it can also go on a stand that holds double screens. And with the very thin left and right frame sides, it would be a great monitor to use 2 or 3 side-by-side.

Product: HP 24mh - 24 inch 1080p ips monitor. For the money, this is a really excellent monitor. I bought this because I needed a monitor for a 2-month stint working away from my regular office, and I didnt want to spend much money for a short term need. Im very impressed with how far my money stretched with this product. Im mostly familiar with working with Dell Ultrasharp monitors, which are a higher-end product. A dell ultrasharp of the same size/resolution costs twice as much as this. For half the price, I would judge this HP monitor to have 90-95% as good a screen quality. Its clear, easy to look at, and not reflective at all. The colors are bright and there dont appear to be obvious limits to color gamut. Some cheap displays Ive used have whacky blues/greens/yellows, but this monitor doesnt have any such problems. The build and stand feel like great quality, with sturdy mechanisms to assemble and move the screen around. If I had to pick one flaw, it would be that the stand seems to transmit a few vibrations from the table, resulting in the screen shaking when Im typing too vigorously. This certainly wont affect my work, but for those who wish to furiously bash a keyboard while gaming, you might want a slightly more sturdy product. Ultimately, Ive used similarly-priced displays with MUCH worse screens than this. So if you want quality without spending a lot, this is a great choice.

I really like this monitor. I bought two and mounted them to an adjustable stand. I returned a 27 inch Lenovo to buy two of these monitors. One star is removed for the lack of ports on these. The Lenovo had USB ports to keep cords away from my laptop. I have to buy an adapter achieve the same effect now.

It’s either the HDMI cord it comes with has shorts or the port does. I find it very annoying but work around it. Other than that it’s great and would buy another. Image quality is breathtaking. I use it with a Mac book pro and the colours come off so well
