The cartridge didn’t work, printer says color ink is empty. Just purchased from Amazon Prime. Too much trouble to send back.

Perfect

Might be counterfeit. Label looked slightly faded. Was slightly larger than the one that came with the printer. Broke my printer. Now I may never buy another ink cartridge off Amazon again.

Factory original. Fits perfect and prints as it should. Five stars because it works as it should, and an actual HP product. Only thing that is poor is the price, but all factory printer cartridges are. Would still recommend because it works perfect.
