I dont know whose fault this was, but I kept getting an error message from the printer, stating that there was a fault in communicating with the cartridge. I could only remedy it by swapping around with another cartridge. The HP troubleshooter recommended that I only buy HP cartridges from the HP store. Of course they would. This cartridge was in a sealed HP box, so there was nothing that indicated that this was a bad cartridge.

Great Ink Cartridge for a good price. We have used HP for years and love it.

perfect fit. easy install fast drying ink. what can you say about it other than I will only use the name brand ink vs store or generic. always better printing quality.

I havent installed this cartridge yet, but its supposed to give 3 times the amount of pages printed. So well see.
