I tried the ink yesterday as the printer just ran out, and I am now past the point of being able to return. THE INK WAS FAULTY. The printer stopped working when I tried to use it, worked with the old cartridges and I went out to purchase new ones from CVS, it worked fine again. I hope to get a refund and send back these faulty cartridges.
