what was sent to me was not a tri-color cartridge. I put it into my printer and it did not print in color. It printed in Black only. I am pretty up set over this. I needed the color. Constance Ferrentino

HP products themselves Ive never had an issue with. However, the one I bought this time must have been already starting to dry up as I didnt get anywhere near the number of pages I should have.

perfect fit. easy install fast drying ink. what can you say about it other than I will only use the name brand ink vs store or generic. always better printing quality.

I realize it’s been 9 months since I ordered this. I always like a back up… I just put this cartridge in my printer and it kept telling me to check it and I kept taking it out and putting it back and restarted my printer to realize the ink level was empty… wth! I will never buy this from here again! I was ripped off! Brand new packaging! Ink doesn’t go bad in 9 months when it’s still closed up in the package.
