expensive fix, 4 cartridges

Purchased three color cartridges (cyan, magenta and yellow) for my Office jet pro. 8600 plus. Replaced the old with the new. Printer locked up, didnt accept the new telling me I had everything from ink supply problems , paper jam problems to the printer head wasnt connected. After two days of doing everything the printer, the HP smart app. and the HP Windows 10 customer support suggested I returned these to Amazon. I then removed your the printer head and reinstalled it along with the old cartridges. Purchased new cartridges from a local store and was back in business.

just now needed to use this it tells me its not compatible with my printerits exactly like the one i took out

This cartridge said it was for use in Asia on it... a fact I only noticed when my printer would not accept it and refused to work with it installed. This is clearly false advertising!

I use this with my classroom printer. As always, HP produced a high-quality product
