I had this computer for a few days and its amazing! Im so pleased with how fast it starts up and how long the battery lasts. Great product, so glad I bought it!

This convertible Chromebook is the best of both worlds. It can be used as a laptop or a tablet and I really like this. The screen sharpness is not high definition, but is is very satisfactory for my needs.

Purchased for my 13 yr old daughter for Christmas. She is absolutely in love with this chrome book. She says it does so much and learns more and more as she uses it. It also mirrors her cell phone. I will buy myself one too. Highly recommended.

Not happy with the screen resolution of this product. It is so bad I would return it, but the seller charges a 20 percent restocking fee so i guess its not worth it. It is very fast and the touch screen is nice. I just wish I could see the screen when it is on my lap in tablet mode, tilted back at that angle its almost impossible to see. Also hard to see when flipped up and sitting on the table. So basically, unless its in standard laptop mode and on a table in front of me, it cant see the graphics properly.

They used antiquated screen technology that distorts the colors/picture when viewed at any angle other than straight on. Even straight on viewing is trash on this screen. DO NOT BUY!!!

Its very sensitive with the touchscreen. And if you have to replace the screen its expensive its the cost of the computer and some change. Im telling you because I have to go through it. Aside from that it glares in lights if your watching tv or near lights. You can see reflections as well. That might be a downside but overall its a good Chromebook. Charges fast.

I appreciate the low price on this powerhouse laptop. The ease of use right out of the box is a precious thing for people who are not tech minded. Plus this computer keeps a charge for over ten hours and going strong. I am loving it! Thanks a bunch!

I wanted just a basic laptop thats what I got. It might be a little too basic. The screen is too bright and unable to adjust brightness. Sending this thing back. it has some features that i was looking for but wow what a pain. Touch screen isnt really the right word for it. it should be called pound on the screen until something happens. This automatically disqualifies it from being what I was looking for. The smart lock is the worst implemented feature that would otherwise be useful. Worst because it doesnt work. I looked online for solutions to this problem and found many, many different things that I could try to do to fix it but it is new out of the box and I dont buy electronics to fix them. I do that for a living. Leave this one at the store and search for a better brand. HP failed on this one.
