    The size is nice, not too big and bulky. I am a student and use it every day for class. I really enjoy the touchscreen feature. It was super easy to set up and begin using. Im glad I made this purchase.

    HP - very disappointed with my experience with your brand. My daughters chromebook quit working altogether and I followed all of your teams instructions to have it returned. First, you wanted to charge me which I found odd. Then, I was told that if I purchased the extended warranty I wouldnt have to pay for shipping to have the defective product fixed. Really? Next, Im told that I cant get the product back until almost April, or at least that is the best case scenario. 2 of your reps told me this was the case... I explained that if it was mine for personal use Id probably deal with it although still be disappointed. However, my daughter uses the chromebook for school so waiting until April really isnt an option. Its already been almost 2 weeks since it quit.
