This laptop is very good. Its lightweight so you can take it anywhere easily. Its cheaper than a MacBook and works just as well.

This is not what I ordered and I already hate it!!! It’s tiny! The screen quality sucks and it was supposed to be the white one.

Its very sensitive with the touchscreen. And if you have to replace the screen its expensive its the cost of the computer and some change. Im telling you because I have to go through it. Aside from that it glares in lights if your watching tv or near lights. You can see reflections as well. That might be a downside but overall its a good Chromebook. Charges fast.

Its a nicely sized chromebook and seems sturdy. Ive had it for 5 months and regret not looking elsewhere. The screen is washed out with no way to correct/alter contrast or colors. This last month it shuts itself off instead of going to sleep. The memory lags and loops unlike other chromebooks Ive owned.

Terrible camera resolution. No wonder the spec detailing the <1 megapixel webcam isn’t anywhere on the Amazon page. If it weren’t for that, this would be a great machine.

The mother board broke in less than a year. Get the warrantee.

I bought this for my 2nd grader and it is perfect. The battery life lasts and you can download apps and access the Internet for school learning apps. You can also watch videos on it without worrying about the visual effects. Great buy!

I’ve got to be honest, I replaced my Dell chrome book with this HP. Should’ve gone with the Dell. The screen resolution on this chrome book is really bad. Difficult to read and absolute no brilliance like the Dell. The battery was suppose to hold a charge for 10 hours - not really , especially if you stream or play a game. I’ve gotten HP’s tech line number, I may have to call them . Unfortunately- I’m not really pleased with my purchase
