I like almost everything about this chromebook except for the screen quality. Its bad. Its really bad. I have gotten so many bad headaches from using this. I am giving it to my son and buying another.

The screen resolution was nothing short of horrible. But this seller is simply my worse experience on Amazon and is a ripoff. I wanted to like this product! But, I paid almost $400 for this piece of junk and was refunded only $221. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had the laptop for 1 year and it been doing fine till today, it does not turn on no more just stopped working out of no where . I had got a replacement for the first one I had so I can’t replace this one now idk what to do money down the drain

Purchased this a new chrome book. It arrive with obvious signs of wear and tear, scuff marks and not in the original packaging. This is misleading and false advertising.

Wife loves this thing! Loves the touch screen feature. Found it here cheaper than anywhere else. Bought this to replace her aging tablet. She likes being able to actually type emails for work.

I had to replace my sons previous Chromebook because one of his friends stepped on it. The original choice was no longer available, so we upgraded. We are happy so far - it is a bit bigger but performant, strong and fast. Touchscreen is nice and it is fun to watch an 8 year old use features I didnt know about - so it is intuitive.

I received a used computer in a generic box. This was a big surprise. It could not connect to our wifi, there was definitely something wrong with it since we have dozens of devices on our wifi. 2 stars because the refund was quick and painless. Just ask before you buy!
