> 24 hourMy son uses his laptop to watch YouTube which has parental controls on it. It’s basically the only thing that this laptop is used for. It was working great until I just tried to turn it on and it says it doesn’t have an operating system on it. I checked for a warranty and Amazon says to contact the seller directly. The seller no longer exists.

> 24 hourI only gave this computer 3 stars because of the battery life. It was draining while completely shut down, but I updated the BIOS and that problem seems to be taken care of. Still, the battery life is much less than my ASUS ZenBook Flip. Other than that, I like this computer and I think it will do well for doing my schoolwork.

I would fully charge it and shut it down and 2 days later turn it back on 30 to 40% of the charge was gun while, the laptop was shut down. Try to get the help From HP, They try to update my software, but they mess it up My softer and tok them 3 days to send me operating system. After few hours Reinstalling the software and updating steel I had the same problem with the battery. So he said that they going to send me a Box to send it to HP for repair. It took them another 3 days to send me a Box, After I packed the laptop and went to 3 different fedex finally realised that They didnt send me the shipping package. So I called Amazon And I explained what happened to me. Very nice representative tok care of my problem and sent me return label.

My only complaint, and this is not really about the product itself, but I really wish that Microsoft gave their Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to the devices they sell with their Operating systems on them...

> 24 hourThis HP laptop gives you a lot of bang for the buck. The lightweight, convertible laptop with flat keyboard boots up quickly and sets up quickly. Using my Microsoft account I was able to have all of my software up and running in no time. The screen resolution is beautiful, I watched Netflix with no blurring. The sound was decent, certainly not stellar for music, but more than acceptable for movies and videos. I love how thin the laptop is but it still feels very sturdy. I already had a pen that I used on an older HP and it works very well with my new laptop, I love being able to take notes and then attach them to an email for distribution. While not a powerhouse laptop for gaming, this is a perfect home or school laptop!
