Greater than one weekThe first one I received quickly locked up and prevented downloading items from Microsoft store or even windows updates. No matter what I tried, it would not work right. During discussions with Amazon to return item, It was recommended that I try another one. I did and that one has worked really, really well. The start up time is pronominal, everything seems to work very well except for the battery life. It goes quickly. However, I am so happy with the rest of the laptop that I have chosen to ignore the number of times I have to hook up to charge. Overall, its a very good laptop which I did not think I would say based on the first one I got. I gave it four stars because of all the problems with the first laptop.

Greater than one weekI got this on prime day, when I got it and started to configure the laptop settings the “brightness” for the screen at 100% is very dim. It has amazing resolution for videos, but the 100% of brightness is actually like 85%, it is dark. I can’t change it.

> 3 dayThe battery life leans more toward the lower end of the manufacturers estimate. The computer is slightly cumbersome when using as a tablet, but I love the large size of everything. For laptop function, I do a lot of work in Microsoft word and I love the feel of the keys. They are easy to press and the spacing is perfect. The touch screen is a pleasant feature, though Im still adjusting to being able to reach up and touch something as opposed to having to drag the mouse around. It doesnt work well with every function, so Im glad it has a good built-in mouse. The only downside is that the

> 3 dayThese work fine for a good 1 1/2 years. After that the startup starts lagging and it takes a good 7 minutes to get it up and running. Opening a web browser also becomes a chore after a few years. Seriously, if you don’t want to deal with the slowness buy an HP Elitebook. It costs more money but you get what you pay for. I know this because my work computer is an Elitebook and has no hiccups. I’ve had it for 4 years. I turn it on and I’m up and running in 2 minutes. I will never buy another Pavilion again. Never.

Greater than one weekNO FINGERPRINT READER. VERY FAST GOOD COMPUTER NO LAGGING. BACKSPACE KEY HARD TO GET USED TO AND BACKLIT KEYBOARD GOES OUT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE MAYBE DUE TO POWER SAVING FEATURES. Had it for 2 years now and no issues. I don’t save anything on this computer, I save everything to the cloud. I also don’t download demanding computer programs into it. Just necessary and safe programs from school. To add, I never go on shady websites, only main stream ones. Take care of your computer and it will take care of you!

> 3 dayOrdered the computer on March 12, 2021 and after only a few months the keyboard is all messed up. I can’t copy and paste with the shortcut functions and I can’t use shift to make Capitol letters on the right side of the keyboard. I spent four hours researching online how to fix this and none of the solutions work. For obvious reasons the keyboard shortcut functions are extremely important and I am not happy that they don’t work after only owning the computer for a few months.

Greater than one weekI bought the computer for college and I love it. The only thing I would change, would be the mouse. The mouse isn’t very accurate and it’s annoying. The computer also doesn’t have a keyboard light, so that’s also annoying.
