> 3 dayThis computer has been great so far. The touchscreen is very sensitive, and the touchpad is actually one of the better ones I’ve ever used – usually when I use a touchpad I’m reaching for the mouse after a few minutes. With this one, I am good using the touchpad for long periods of time.

> 3 dayThe only negative is the power button on the side. You have to be careful not to turn it off when you pick it up by the side.

17-11-2024I only gave this computer 3 stars because of the battery life. It was draining while completely shut down, but I updated the BIOS and that problem seems to be taken care of. Still, the battery life is much less than my ASUS ZenBook Flip. Other than that, I like this computer and I think it will do well for doing my schoolwork.

Greater than one weekThese work fine for a good 1 1/2 years. After that the startup starts lagging and it takes a good 7 minutes to get it up and running. Opening a web browser also becomes a chore after a few years. Seriously, if you don’t want to deal with the slowness buy an HP Elitebook. It costs more money but you get what you pay for. I know this because my work computer is an Elitebook and has no hiccups. I’ve had it for 4 years. I turn it on and I’m up and running in 2 minutes. I will never buy another Pavilion again. Never.

19-11-2024The laptop worked only for one day. This laptop wouldnt turn on even with a fully charged battery. After several attempts and hours it turned on but I was afraid to keep it after contacting tech support. Additionally, the tech stated the laptop only had 4 months remaining on the HP/manufacturer warranty.
