It has been a long time since I treated myself to a new computer and I wish I hasnt waited so long. I kept telling myself that my old laptop was fine. I knew within minutes of starting this laptop that I was very wrong. This laptop is very responsive and even while doing several tasks I did not notice any lag. I use my laptop for general surfing of the internet and for keeping my household budget organized most often. In my downtime I love to stream video on my laptop while I relax. The monitor is crystal clear and looks great. The tablet conversion is something I didnt even realize was possible and I am so glad that it is. This feature alone would be enough to put me over the moon. Added to that a well balanced computer with a decent battery life and enough power to do everything I ask of it and its nearly a miracle. The touch screen makes it so easy to navigate too! I do wish the keyboard was back-lit and that would make it 100% perfect for me. Aside from that I love everything about this computer.

Given the number of hour spent in front of a screen, it is wonderful to have such a user friendly, adaptable computer on my team. I have been a Mac user for YEARS and am so happy that I made the decision to change. The touch screen is a gamechanger. As a teacher teaching online, it is wonderful to be able to share my screen and utilize the whiteboard feature and to be able to accurately draw and present lessons quickly and legibly. The only thing that I have to get used to is having the power button on the side, which I hit and power down the devise by mistake. This was a wonderful purchase!

This product works great for what I’m using it for

I only gave this computer 3 stars because of the battery life. It was draining while completely shut down, but I updated the BIOS and that problem seems to be taken care of. Still, the battery life is much less than my ASUS ZenBook Flip. Other than that, I like this computer and I think it will do well for doing my schoolwork.

This product is exactly as advertised. I was looking for a lighter computer; this fits the bill.

I really like almost everything about this model, except for the placement of the power switch - which is along the left side of the keyboard. Kind of odd for a machine that is designed to be versatile and mobile. Also, the power cord connects to all my other HP notebooks on the left side, and this one connects on the right side. Not a big deal but now all places I use my computer in my house are opposite, so when I need the cord, it has to cross over me. Still, good price for this model and Im happy. I would recommend.

Not good quality. Maybe I got a lemon. Too many glitches. Kept freezing and programs wouldnt load. I had to perform a PC reset twice and still didnt fix issues. I have an older Intel Core I5 that runs faster than this laptop. Touchscreen was great but overall not a good product.
