> 3 dayOn the one hand, this monitor looks beautiful and is a perfect size. The integrated cover/stand is well designed and functions as expected. I read the reviews and a very few reported the issue I experienced--so few, I thought perhaps the users werent savvy about something related to the tech. When connecting the monitor to my MacBook Pro USB-C to USB-C the monitor starts at 30% brightness. Increasing the brightness to 90-100% on the indicator didnt actually increase the visual brightness on the unit. I tested with the laptop plugged in to power and not plugged in without any change in the monitors function. Next, I tested whether plugging the monitor into a power source improved brightness. It didnt. I had to return it. This would have been awesome--great size and weight, clean look, and recognized immediately by my Mac. Unfortunately, the screen was just too dim for what I need and would not adjust to a brighter mode.

> 3 dayAfter searching a portable monitor to use with my laptop for a few days, I chose the Innoview, which has a screen size of 15.8 inches and is slightly larger than other products in width. It arrived safely within 2 days of ordering, and the product was safely packaged in a case. Various connection cables are included, so I tested it by connecting it to a laptop and an iPad. All connections were easy and simple, and the screen was clear and bright, with no flickering or tearing. When I connect it in extended mode on my laptop, it becomes the big aux screen I want, so I can work more comfortably. I requested after-sales service by e-mail for warranty registration, and I was very satisfied with the quick feedback I received even though it was late at night.

> 3 dayI was looking for a lightweight protected portable monitor for travel. I work on 3 screens at work and when I travel, its difficult working on just the laptop. This changed everything for me. Love the portability, the screen cover that also acts as the stand. Super easy setup on my very old laptop. I used the hdmi cable and power cable. Will be changing laptops soon and will be able to change to just powered by the usb-c cord.

07-06-2025Ive just recently purchased this InnoView Portable Monitor for Laptop, and Im very satisfied with it, so far. I cannot yet speak to the longevity of this monitor, because Ive only had it for a few weeks, and I have not yet had occasion to use it for travel, which is the primary reason I purchased it. However, what I can say is that it is a very nice monitor that connects easily to my notebook computer, using two cords provided by the company (using one cord for video and another cord to draw power from my notebook computer). The company also provides a third cord for separate power to the monitor, if needed; I dont need that, but its nice to have. Id thought Id be able to just use one cord to connect the monitor to my computer, but Im fine with the two cord connection. The color, resolution, etc. of the monitor are fine. No problem. Its not top quality, but for the price it is very reasonable and not a problem at all. What I really like, too, are: the monitor has a matte finish, which is what I wanted, and which I dont think a lot of monitors have; and that the monitor has a very good protective cover that doubles as a very sturdy monitor stand that provides two different angle positions. In addition, the customer service has been excellent. Ive had a few small questions, and company representatives have gotten back to me very quickly.

> 3 dayI have a 3 screen setup for my laptop while working from home. I needed a solution for when I was traveling I purchased two of these, and I am a aesthetic. When I set this up in the hotel room, I have tons of screen space and I’m able to work justice as if I was at home I would recommend these for anyone that travels they are larger than I expected, which turned out to be a good thing.

> 3 dayScreen quality is super good, but the whole product is super thin and I feel like itll break easily even with the case that come with the screen.

> 3 dayPurchased this for travel - its a great size, light-weight, and a good price point. The only thing Im knocking a star off for is that the power cord supplied was ridiculously, unusably, short. Easy enough to order a longer cord, though. I received a message from the company with instructions on how to hook up the monitor and there were several sheets of instructions in the box. I didnt really need any of it because it was very intuitive to connect up, but nice of them to really make sure theyre providing resources.

> 3 dayI use this on the side of my computer and it works well. I would like it to be brighter, but itll do. I usually just have notes or calendar or extra apps in there.
