> 3 dayThe screen quality is good. It came with all the cords and plugs to power it up or connect. Can’t beat the price for the size. The only complaint I have is that I turn down the brightness and it never stays where I set it.

> 3 dayPowered-up and connected immediately right out of the box for my Microsoft Surface Laptop. Just need to give the unit power and USB-C data connections via the provided cables and power adapter. The image looks great and bright. Using the provided cover as a stand took me a bit to get used to and it works okay. Great for my application. Given the price point, I may buy another one as a spare.

Greater than one weekLove the second screen when working in multiple programs simultaneously, like Quicken and my bank statement, or multiple spreadsheets. Warranty service is AWESOME! worked flawlessly for 11 months then brightness adjustment stopped responding. Contacted Customer Service and after two or three email exchanges for troubleshooting, they sent me a new monitor. Easy Peezy; no hassle. I love that it can be powered from my laptop, making my home office completely portable.

> 3 dayI’m used to working with a dual monitor setup at home and at the office. So when traveling, working off my 14” laptop monitor as the only monitor is almost painful. And working with spreadsheets is next to impossible. I decided to bite the bullet and get a portable monitor for the road and am so glad I did! Even though this only has 15.8” of real estate, it’s sharp enough to display about the same amount of information as on my 27” at home, just at a smaller magnification. So I feel like I’m functioning at about the same level of efficiency. Some features I like about this monitor are: 1. it fits in the same backpack as my laptop, and is so thin and light that it doesn’t really feel like I’m carrying extra weight. 2. it comes with all the necessary cables for virtually any laptop made in the last 10-15 years. My laptop is older so I had to use the mini HDMI to HDMI cord, and then use the power cord (which is just a usb cord plugged into the supplied wall charger; super lightweight). If you have a newer laptop, you can connect and power it at the same time with the supplied usb-c cable. 3. build quality is great - I think the backing is aluminum and it comes with a built in cover / stand. I packed my backpack pretty tightly and had no worries about this getting bent or smushed. The stand works fine too, although it only has two grooves in the cover, so you’re essentially limited to two positions in landscape mode. The bottom of the monitor has rubber feet though, and they do seem to be able to keep the stand in other angles outside of the grooves. Now for the cons … not much negative for me to say! If I’m being nitpicky, the built in speakers are not so great -- my phone’s speakers are much better. But, not really that big a deal to me since I’m mainly using it for work. Also, the power cord is too short. To get around this, I also carry an extension cord. Alternatively, you can buy a longer usb-c to usb-a cord (suggest 6 feet or more length).

> 3 dayIve just recently purchased this InnoView Portable Monitor for Laptop, and Im very satisfied with it, so far. I cannot yet speak to the longevity of this monitor, because Ive only had it for a few weeks, and I have not yet had occasion to use it for travel, which is the primary reason I purchased it. However, what I can say is that it is a very nice monitor that connects easily to my notebook computer, using two cords provided by the company (using one cord for video and another cord to draw power from my notebook computer). The company also provides a third cord for separate power to the monitor, if needed; I dont need that, but its nice to have. Id thought Id be able to just use one cord to connect the monitor to my computer, but Im fine with the two cord connection. The color, resolution, etc. of the monitor are fine. No problem. Its not top quality, but for the price it is very reasonable and not a problem at all. What I really like, too, are: the monitor has a matte finish, which is what I wanted, and which I dont think a lot of monitors have; and that the monitor has a very good protective cover that doubles as a very sturdy monitor stand that provides two different angle positions. In addition, the customer service has been excellent. Ive had a few small questions, and company representatives have gotten back to me very quickly.

> 3 dayI was looking for a lightweight protected portable monitor for travel. I work on 3 screens at work and when I travel, its difficult working on just the laptop. This changed everything for me. Love the portability, the screen cover that also acts as the stand. Super easy setup on my very old laptop. I used the hdmi cable and power cable. Will be changing laptops soon and will be able to change to just powered by the usb-c cord.

> 3 dayI love this portable monitor because it comes with its own case that also serves a stand or holder on a flat surface, and the resolution is impressive. If you have an older laptop, the graphics card cannot be accessed with a USB-A. Instead, use that port for the monitor power cord (USB-A to USB-C) and use a second mini-HDMI to HDMI cord (both included). For power banks, youll need a USB PD protocol (Power Delivery) so that it gets smartly gets the right charge.

Greater than one weekIm using this monitor for a home security system. The picture quality is great. Its basically plug it up, connect your device and turn it on. Super easy. There is a nice cover, but it does come off. You can get a bracket to attach it to the wall, but I have it sitting on the counter in my kitchen and it has no where to go. There are little feet on the bottom to help keep it from slipping, and with a slight tilt, it is stable. I got an extra cable because I needed a longer length, but there is a smaller micro hdmi cable included for hook up. Customer service replied very quickly to a question I had about the warranty and also extended it for me. Great purchase over all, I would definitely recommend it!
