I was all excited when I read the positive reviews here. I was expecting the provided soft cover/stand solution to work as a stand and not only a cover. It didn’t come close to holding the monitor upright, hence no 5-star rating. It was super easy to connect and start using on both my work Dell laptop & personal MacBook Pro laptop using one USB-C cable. It’s roughly the same size as both laptops too. With the recent winter power outages I wanted a backup 2nd monitor setup for my laptops to match my docking station powered desk monitors. This does the trick and allows me to be fully portable too in the event I want to work remotely from my home office too The resolution isn’t exceptional but it’s fine for my non-gaming, non-graphic design, work needs. Emits a high pitched noise, which isn’t ideal either. Not sure what’s causing the noise, maybe a tiny fan? It’s a good value for the under $250 price compared to alternatives.

Things to know: -the screen comes with 3 forms of connectors. Give them all a try, the connector most compatible with your computer will allow the screen transfer. Not all of them are compatible. - Save yourself time, watch the videos lol - the stand DOES WORK!! For those comments that show it doesn’t, it’s because THEY DONT KNOW how to make it stand lol big difference. You don’t even take the cover off, you just flip it backwards, while always leaving the magnetic part connected. So you flip it back to create a stand, and you close it forward to close your screen for protection. It’s very convenient. I almost didn’t buy it because of those incorrect reviews. - it’s as bright as you need it, and great pigments. CONS- -It is a BIT heavy when coupled with everything else in my bag. Taking into consideration I’m carrying both my laptop and screen with me. - I have to make sure to place my laptop always to the right of the screen because of the wire connection. This is no fault of the monitor itself, but it would be nice if the ports were on both sides and not just one. Overall, great price, great quality,

This screen was easy to connect, perfect size for my work computer. All in all, exactly what I was needing.

My wife and I work remotely from our 5th wheel and being able to work on our laptops with two screens is a most. We got these and man what a blessing to have them. They are the perfect size (as we set up two workstations on one table) for traveling or working from home. Easy to set up and to connect to our laptops. Would highly recommend this product for anyone that travels or works from home that needs that extra screen.

I have a 3 screen setup for my laptop while working from home. I needed a solution for when I was traveling I purchased two of these, and I am a aesthetic. When I set this up in the hotel room, I have tons of screen space and I’m able to work justice as if I was at home I would recommend these for anyone that travels they are larger than I expected, which turned out to be a good thing.

I have tried other products to use for traveling so I can work from dual monitors and this one by far has been the best. The screen is large enough to work from, the brightness is bright enough - you do have to adjust it each time you use it, but that is not a big deal to me. I didnt realize about it having speakers which was a nice surprise as I usually play music when I work. Its slim and light and easy to travel with and a great price point. Overall, I really like it and have recommended it to other friends who have purchased it and are just as happy as I am.

I bought this as a temporary screen for when I needed to communicate with a Mac mini that was acting as a server. When it first started up, I was not impressed by the screen image, but after adjusting, it actually looked pretty good. Lots of adjustments are build-in. I also never got it to work only with a USB3 cable - at least not with my devices. But with 2 cables, no problem. It really only has 2 positions for the monitor angle, but it works OK as long as you are working on a flat surface. For our purposes, it does the job, but it is not the brightest LCD in the world - I could use more. Color is fairly good, but of course I am spoiled by Apple displays... :) I gave it 4 stars because it did require a lot of settings to get a good image, and the brightness was not as good as I would have liked. But it did what we needed, and it does not ge used at this time for general computing. Very easy to cary or put in a briefcase. Feels well made. Bigger screen than most tablets, as well.

Ive been using this portable monitor for several months while traveling and working full time, and it has been great. The size is great for packing alongside my laptop, and giving crucial extra screen space. With one USB-C to my laptop, no other cables are necessary. I havent had any issues at all with connection or quality. Super happy with this purchase.

On the one hand, this monitor looks beautiful and is a perfect size. The integrated cover/stand is well designed and functions as expected. I read the reviews and a very few reported the issue I experienced--so few, I thought perhaps the users werent savvy about something related to the tech. When connecting the monitor to my MacBook Pro USB-C to USB-C the monitor starts at 30% brightness. Increasing the brightness to 90-100% on the indicator didnt actually increase the visual brightness on the unit. I tested with the laptop plugged in to power and not plugged in without any change in the monitors function. Next, I tested whether plugging the monitor into a power source improved brightness. It didnt. I had to return it. This would have been awesome--great size and weight, clean look, and recognized immediately by my Mac. Unfortunately, the screen was just too dim for what I need and would not adjust to a brighter mode.
