I went from a 4790K to this and love it. Does everything I want and more. I had the 4790K overclocked

6c/12t what more could you want for $200. Its very fast and even though the TDP is 125w it almost never needs this much power for normal use and even in games. The TDP scared me at first as I only used 65w processors in the past but man was I happy with the temps.

No damages while shippping. Was very fast to arrive, arround 4-7 days. Very good, rated best benchmark for its price, has great clocking, recommended for builds around 1000$.

I have no problem loading anything, games, media, 3D modeling. Very fast CPU that has overclocking feature.

I previously ordered a motherboard and CPU combo (ASUS z590-p and i5-11600k). When the package arrive, the motherboard was correct, but the CPU was an i5-12400. The motherboard wouldnt handle the 12th gen cpu. No worries though. Went to Best Buy and picked up an ASUS Z690-Plus wifi D4, and built the system.

My GTX 1070 is now the bottleneck. The power consumption and heat were impressive!

Bought together with a asus tuf z590 board, practically fell together and booted issue free. Problem free xmp, pci express 4.0, and high temps in the mid 60s. For those who are die hard intel or don’t want to deal with the sourcing issues with ryzen, gaming wise this is the best bang for the buck.
