Overclocked on an ASUS ROG Maximus X Code motherboard and with the corsair watercooling this is running at 5GHz.

Not much to say, if you are team blue, this is a good option for solid gaming performance while not buying something as expensive as a Core-i9. Coupled with my RTX 2070 OC it runs most AAA titles at max settings with ease, reaching triple digits for FPS.

Worth the money

I bought mine used from Amazon and saved $50. The box was a bit dinged up but the CPU itself looked like it had never been used. I have no complaints. The performance of the chip itself is great, and it is easy to overclock.

Nothing unexpected. Great performance years after release. Can get a bit warm after overclocking. Only downside is the core count (more cpus are adding similar or higher amount of cores for same or lower price). Great clock speed. Locked at 5.1 ghz for years with 34-40 C idle temp. Bought mainly for gaming so as mentioned, more options are available now for productivity.

I absolutely loved this product I built my desktop for the first time and used this procceser ez to put in very quite and works great I get 60 fps on nearly any game and i can stream and upload videos with ease
