Questo processore è senza dubbio il top della fascia consumer. Un mostro per il gaming, un fulmine per lediting! Ryzen per migliorare le prestazione aggiunge core, intel ha fatto decisamente meglio. 6 core 12 threads con moltiplicatore sbloccato per un facile oc a 5ghz, rifarei la scelta 1000 volte! Come dissipatore ho un noctua nh-u12s e resta a temperature molto basse!

Hello new processor. Limited release. I happened to be in the market for a new CPU and here it is. Is this essentially a speed binned 8700K? Yes. Is that a problem? No. 4GHz base clockspeed with a 5 GHz max boost speed makes this Intels fastest clocked X86 processor to date. The uber-overclockers have already hit 7GHz albeit with cooling and methods I will never have. In any case, I will update my review after a month or so of usage. So far, get it while it is available and before it is gone. Happy 40th x86! And Happy 50th @ 5GHz Intel.

I upgraded from my old i7 quad core 2.8 ghz cpu to this one and it has been a fantastic jump in speed. I had an old 7 year cpu that in its time was considered a fast cpu, but it was high time for me to update my system, so a new mother board, cpu and memory was needed. Windows 10 is quick, boot times are exceptional and video rendering is much quicker now.
