Taste delicious, good source of vitamins and protein

I mixed mine with sugar free Greek yogurt and it was really smooth and tasted great. I wouldn’t consider this product keto though. As a type 1 diabetic who wears a continuous glucose monitor, my blood sugar steadily rose for a couple hours after eating it, so much so, that I had to take insulin. It may be low sugar, but I wouldn’t eat this product with the intention of staying in ketosis.

Isopure is the best tasting protein powder on the market, hands down. Will order again.

Great product, my doctor recommended this protein powder after I had gastric sleeve like 6 years ago. Now that Im on the heavy weightlifting, and I cameback to use it since its one with the good isolated protein powder that I was able to find with low calories, sugar, and carbs. Super recommended!

I have loved this product and used it since 2020. As the price has gone up so significantly and rapidly, I can no longer justify buying this product. (elastic good). I may reconsider once the price return begins making sense again.

This brand is great. Flavor is awesome. Fat content is low so calories per gram of protein are awesome. Chocolate is my go to but this is a good alternative flavor to add variety if you drink a lot of shakes
