> 3 dayI mixed mine with sugar free Greek yogurt and it was really smooth and tasted great. I wouldn’t consider this product keto though. As a type 1 diabetic who wears a continuous glucose monitor, my blood sugar steadily rose for a couple hours after eating it, so much so, that I had to take insulin. It may be low sugar, but I wouldn’t eat this product with the intention of staying in ketosis.

> 3 dayI’ve been buying this brand for awhile and at GNC this was stupid expensive! Amazon actually had the best price per oz. I’m gonna keep buying this from here.

> 3 dayThis is the best flavor I think of the isopure zero carb options. Can be mixed with greek yogurt and berries for a good dessert that gives you a protein bump to meet your daily macros.

Greater than one weekI absolutely love this product and have been using it for many years which has helped me maintain my weight. This time last year, January 13th 2022 a 3lb package cost $54.99 and now $75.99. $21.00 increase in one year. Why? Looks like I may have to resort to smaller bags, cut my usage somehow or go back to the previous brand I used years ago (Quest) their 3lb is between $46.00 - $52.00. I truly enjoy your product, but the price go up with each purchase.

18-11-2024It’s a lovely coconut flavour - not artificial at all. Perfect amount of protein and calories etc for me
