Janome HD 3000 BE Black Edition with Exclusive Bonus Bundle

Machine arrived with loose screws, wont sew in reverse, etc. Have had a family illness and death in my family which hindered my unpacking and using machine. So, I missed the return window. Now I must take it to a repair shop or throw it in the trash! I am so frustrated Wanted to use it to sew an Easter dress for my granddaughter and now cant.

I was stuck on Singer, but for less money I got my dream machine. Quiet, strong and easy to control. I make bags and purses and have fewer problems sewing through many layers now.

There was a little metal piece loose inside the machine. When I tried the machine out it only sewed backwards. This is a good machine. I’d suggest getting it from a LOCAL AUTHORIZED JANOME DEALER, because the delivery people aren’t careful with it and the dealer that sells through Amazon is nowhere to be found when you have an issue.

The sewing machine is wonderful — made well, easy to use. It was a gift for a friend. The seller is fantastic — very quick shipping. I highly recommend this company. Would definitely buy from them again.

I wonderful machine. I had a different Janome but it just wasnt what I wanted. I wanted basic. No fancy stuff that only causes problems. This is the machine for me. I hesitated on buying black, but I do like it. Using black thread is a trick since I am old! LOL

I prefer a no-frills mechanical machine for my fabric crafts. It can handle 8 layers of fabric plus batting without complaining

I just received this machine two hours ago. Read directions wound a bobbin and threaded machine. It is only sewing in reverse. Its Sunday and I wanted to use it. I just bought cheap brother for my nephew. It sewed fine. I wanted a heavy duty machine. My 1950s singer was acting up.

This machine can sew through bulky layers easily.

I bought my first Janome sewing machine 22 years ago. And after 22 years the reverse button got stuck. I am getting it fixed. In the meantime I purchase the Janome hd-3000be. I used it once when it arrived in January. It worked great. The second time I sewed on the machine (end of April) and thread began to fray and break in the area before the take up lever, and the thread get stuck or jam in the same area. I am horrified that I cannot return this machine. I did not buy warranty because of my experience with my first Janome. So, not only did I spend money on a new machine, but, I have to spend money to fixed it.
