I absolutely LOVE this machine! It sews as beautifully as it looks. Its sturdy but light and best of all, uncomplicated. Guess Im old school but I prefer non computerized, simple mechanical machines. The stitch quality is wonderful. Also, a big shout out to the seller who sent my machine out right away and I received it much earlier than was projected. Great surprise! Thank you

I really love this sewing machine. It makes perfect stitches every time I sew. Top and lower stitches are perfect. Ive only had it for a day now and I see why so many people love this machine. I believe I will get many years of good sewing with this machine!

one of the plastic item was missing. i found out when i was assembling these together. i bought this to mainly stitch leather, i hope the review is as promising as it seems.

I wonderful machine. I had a different Janome but it just wasnt what I wanted. I wanted basic. No fancy stuff that only causes problems. This is the machine for me. I hesitated on buying black, but I do like it. Using black thread is a trick since I am old! LOL

I am very disappointed only used a few times I got this one because it says it sees thick fabric. Well on my third time trying the matching I was sewing with fleece. It James up so I changed needle and rethreaded but now the timing is off and won’t pickup bobbin thread. Then I see I can’t return item.

The machine arrived stuck in reverse. I thought it was user error, since Im not familiar with this brand. I realized it wasnt my mistake but the machine being broken when I finally took it to a sewing class. The machine is $400, and the repair will cost $300. Its not worth the money or the hassle.

I received my machine today, and right out of the box, the feed dogs would not rise. (I had lowered them, and followed the instructions on the manual, but they would not come back up.) I had to remove the needle, the presser foot, the needle plate, the bobbin cover, bobbin, bobbin holder, and manually raise the feed dogs. Additionally, with the automatic needle threader in place, it is nearly impossible to remove the needle plate. I am not a happy camper. I tried to get support. The support button here on Amazon has a website that I cannot access without a security code. The International website had a support button that never submits a report. I am not a happy camper. I really want to love this machine, but Im having troubles even getting to know it or finding someone who cares that it might work.

Love this machine. Does everything as it should. Transitions from light weight fabrics to heavy weight with no problem. So very, very easy to use. Does not have a lot of design options so if that is also what you are looking for this machine is not for you. For basic stitching and a few design options this is for you. I am in love with this machine and highly recommend it. Great, great value.

I used this machine to make new cushions and covers for my outdoor chairs. It was just what I needed. Now using it to make face masks. Easy to use.
