UPDATE: adding 1 star for Outstanding customer service! The seller contacted me after I posted my review offering a refund or replacement. The Amazon return window had already closed; it was 4.5 months after purchase. Within a few days a new backpack was delivered. Hopefully the new will not come apart. The backpack seemed well made and is very spacious. It was used by a high schooler for books. After only 4 months of use, the shoulder strap had begun to come apart as has the side strap that crosses over the side pocket and clips in front. Pics attached. For the price, I would have expected the item to last a while longer. I will be lucky if it makes it through one semester or half a school year. Disappointing.

This bag has so much room. My sons books, laptop and shoes fit in it with no problem

My son does not use locker at school so he carries everything in his backpack so I needed a bag that would hold up well for daily use with a lot of weight. This bag has been great so far, easily holds all of my sons books, school supplies and laptop. The straps are well padded so they do not cut into his shoulders like his previous bag did. This bag seems like it may hold up for full school year, normally change backpack at least once during year due to bag ripping.

Bought to use for traveling. So far so good.

Have zero complaints and would recommend this backpack to anyone.

Great back pack, lots of pockets for organization. Seems very durable. My only complaint is that the side pocket for water bottle isnt very deep. Anything larger than 16 Oz is probably going to fall out. Looking for a new water bottle that will fit better.

I bought it to supplement my carryon baggage for overseas travel. Between the two, I carried enough for a weeklong trip. Deep pockets. Has two pockets not deep that are help for items I need easy access. Would have like shallow pockets inside the deep ones too.

I just recieved my brand new backpack. After my original review (1 star) about the (otherwise terrifically designed) backpacks stitching, in the front pocket, letting go after only a few months of normal use (see picture). The company sent me an Amazon message asking how they can remedy the situation, stating that theyve gotten a new supply line and believe the quality is improved. I replied that I loved the design and construction, except the stitching failure. I happily loaded my new backpack. NOTE: This could become a 5 if the durability question is well answered with the new bag.

Great storage and comfort. Works great as Carry-on bag.
