19-11-2024This is my third one. The first worked fairly well for a while, but the mesh became looseunattached from the ream and let stuff go through. The second was so light and flimsy it actually floated and let everything go through. As design goes, this one is pretty close to perfect. Good looking, sturdy, stays in place.

> 3 dayIt doesnt come easier than this and looks SO much more eye appealing! The kitchen (KIT) strainer is the perfect screen to catch it all.

> 3 dayWe have sink without a garbage disposal so we always have some form of sink strainer. The strainer that was in the sink prior to this product came with the sink install and could be turned to plug the drain and stop water from drain. The issue was that the strainer would rotate and plug the drain during routine use, needless to say, the original strainer was tedious and annoying. This product however really went above my exceptions. Its catches food as intended, but due to the mesh design it never really gets clogged by food. The little handle makes it easy to remove and for the most part it is easy to clean. Weve have this for a while now and so far have not seen any tarnish or wear on the product.

> 3 dayWell made, sturdy, fine holes, much superior to mesh. My only complaint is that these strainers dont fit my sink perfectly, so debris can skip through under the edge.

> 3 dayWhats good about this strainer? EVERYTHING. The rim has a perfectly smooth edge, so theres no possibility for someone to cut themselves on it, like you can with some strainers Ive seen. In fact, the sharp edge of some strainers are capable of cutting a finger to the bone. Also, some stainless-steel strainers feature punched-out drain holes that are rough and sharp, making them difficult to handle and clean. By comparison, the holes in this strainer are smooth, while also being small enough to trap food particles extremely well. And the built-in lifting ring makes removal from the sink a breeze compared to strainers that lack this feature. I know I sound almost too impressed with this simple kitchen sink implement. Well, actually I am, seeing Im an engineer that sometimes becomes quite taken with designs that demonstrate intelligent, careful thinking with an eye on convenience, safety, and especially performance.
