> 3 dayI bought these for two uses. One for my kitchen, and one for my poultry sink. I have a garbage disposal in the kitchen, but I try to limit what goes down it with a septic system. This works perfectly. My poultry sink I use to clean all chicken related dishes daily. They may have pine chips or straw stuck to them. It catches everything before it goes down the drain. The strainer that came with the sink was letting too much debris slip by. These strainers have a tighter fit. I most likely am saving myself from plumbing costs due to clogged pipes. The little handle makes it easy to grab and empty. I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayThese are solid enough, but too much food gets through and around them, and they clog up with minimal amounts of food.

> 3 dayI have bought several different types of these strainers and tossed all of them out. This one is the BEST! I lover the handle and the mesh is a close weave, very sturdy and has good drainage. It is also easy to clean out. Very happy with this strainer.

> 3 dayGot it because it was the only one with a handle you could pick the strainer up by without getting as filthy in the process. Most of the designs out there you have to pry out of the drain with your finger nail or a tool.

> 3 dayThe disposer was not pulverizing wet waste fine enough and it caused a clog going out to the city sewer line. He said to strain out fine wet waste and put it in the kitchen garbage bag can. Plumbers and drain reaming are expensive. Hopefully, this strainer will save future visits from the plumber. It works well.

> 3 dayI got these after seeing something similar used by a popular cleaning company on Instagram. I’m so glad I did. They are sturdy and have no problem catching food. They polish up nicely but it is sometimes hard to get food out of the mesh. It’s not a huge deal, it just takes an extra minute. This was a small purchase that made a big difference in the appearance of my sink. Highly recommend!
