Used this while I was reworking the BIOS chip on my motherboard. Worked perfectly, didnt slip on the table, lots of compartments to keep screw and small components organized, even spilled some melted solder on the mad...not an issue! Came off like nothing happed. Good quality silicone.

I occasionally work on small soldering projects, but dont have a dedicated station for it. I wanted something small and light that I can use for protection that can easily be stowed when not in use. This item works perfectly. Its a good size for small projects. It doesnt slip around at all on my wooden desk and offers some great protection. When I am not using it, i roll it up and put it in a cup on my rolling tool stand. Theres not much to say about the product. Its cheap and it works well. I recommend it.

this works as intended and protects the surface I work on from solder drippings and other heat issues. However I wish I had gotten a bigger mat. The one I got was a bit too small. I guess I gotta buy another one.
