KAVU Rope Bag - Sling Pack for Hiking, Camping, and Commuting

This bag is the real deal! Has the seal on the buckle, proper threading and everything. Granted, I paid full price for this one so that may have upped my chances of getting an actual KAVU and not a knockoff.

Daughter takes this sling bag everywhere. She loves it.

I like the Kavu sling bags … so much so, I bought one for each of the ladies in my family for gifts.

I love Kavu bags! This is my 2nd one and it’s just as awesome as the 1st. This is the surf tie dye. While it’s lovely it’s not as pictured — definitely more orange, pink and lavender. Still, it’s very durable and I’ve got it packed with an umbrella even! Highly recommend.

Comfortable to carry.

The issue is whether you want to access what’s in the bag without taking it all the way off with a place to rest it while doing so. That said, I wore it at the beach and got knocked over bu a rogue wave. I was completely submerged in the ocean and everything in the bag including outer pockets stayed bone dry!

There are many Kavu bags that are fake. This one was discounted and came from the warehouse. It was authentic and as advertised. The tag was cut from the inside of the bag which was weird. It was in excellent condition- of not for the tag, I would have thought it was new. Great buy.

I have a 7 year old and a 6 month old. I got this bag b/c I hate shoulder bags/purses and was hoping to be more of a minimalist with baby 2. I put wipes, 2-3 diapers, and a couple of other baby essentials in one side. The other side easily fits a big wallet and cosmetic bag. I can get snacks and a small water bottle in it as well. I can easily access my wallet, phone, and keys without taking it off- I just swing it around to my front. I have an iphone 6 and it fits in the front pouch perfectly. It came on time and with no trouble. This is a great sling and very comfortable.

I have several Kavu’s and absolutely love them. They are lightweight, have several compartments, versatile, and I feel safe carrying it in large crowds. I The only reason I gave 4 stars is the material on the bag display so much lint and fuzz. Plus it is black so it shows up more. I would definitely buy again but different color/material.

My wife is a huge fan of these bags and we are horse people. I saw this bag and knew she would love it.
